4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
5. Escort Listings
Registered Escorts may create listings to advertise lawful companionship and escort services. All listings must:
- Accurately represent the person being advertised
- Comply with all applicable state and territory laws in United Kingdom
- Not contain content involving or depicting persons under 18
- Not solicit or advertise illegal services
- Not impersonate another person
- Display accurate location and service information
Listings advertising services that are illegal in the listed location will be removed immediately and the account terminated without refund.
6. Client Posts
Registered Clients may post seeking requests describing lawful companionship they are seeking. Client posts are visible to registered Escorts only and are not publicly accessible. Posts must be genuine, respectful, and comply with all applicable laws. Posts must not solicit illegal services or contain abusive content.
7. Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited on this Platform:
- Any content involving, depicting, or targeting persons under 18 years of age
- Solicitation of or advertising of illegal sexual services
- Human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of any kind
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or abusive conduct toward other users
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information in listings or posts
- Content that violates any applicable UK law or regulation
- Spam, automated scraping, bot activity, or data harvesting
- Posting personal information of another person without their consent
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Registration on EscortClients.co.uk is free. Posting a listing or seeking post is offered on a weekly subscription basis:
- Escort listing: £9.99 GBP per week per post
- Client seeking post: £4.99 GBP per week per post
Subscriptions renew automatically each week until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods. Listings are deactivated immediately upon cancellation or failed payment.
Payments are processed securely by CCBill and/or Segpay. We do not store your payment card details. Billing descriptors are discreet and do not reference EscortClients.co.uk directly.
9. Content Removal and Account Termination
We reserve the right to remove any listing, post, or content and to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. No refund will be issued upon termination for breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, EscortClients.co.uk and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, any content posted by users, or any interaction between users arranged through the Platform. All interactions between users are entirely at their own risk.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EscortClients.co.uk, its operators, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, branding, and code is the property of EscortClients.co.uk and is protected by United Kingdomn and international copyright law. By posting content on the Platform you retain ownership of that content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. You confirm you own or have the right to use all content you post.

Your use of this Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the United Kingdomn UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
