How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in → Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel. Takes effect at the end of your current billing week. No partial refunds.
My listing isn’t showing up
›
Check your listing isn’t paused in your dashboard. If your payment is pending or failed, your listing won’t go live until it’s confirmed.
I need to report a listing
›
Use the contact form and select “Report a listing”. Include the listing URL and the reason. We investigate all reports promptly.
I forgot my password
›
Use the forgot password page to reset via your registered email address.
Billing or charge dispute
›
Select “Billing / payment query” in the form. Include your registered email and the date of the charge. Payments are handled by CCBill.
Privacy or data deletion request
›
Select “Privacy or data request” in the form. We process all data requests under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 within 30 days.
